Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing guest concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- Monitor and control inventory, ordering supplies as needed
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase revenue
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profit margins
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and professional development among staff
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, reporting, and record-keeping
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
