Nestled in the heart of St. Julian's, Malta, Gululu Kcina Maltija offers an authentic taste of Maltese cuisine in a modern, bright, and welcoming ambiance, situated on the seafront of Spinola Bay.
We are currently seeking to employ a Restaurant Manager to work in a dynamic team on a full-time basis.
The Restaurant Manager will ensure a smooth and efficient Restaurant operation, in compliance with all Company Policies and Procedures as well as local laws. This will include achieving all targets concerning cost control, quality and standards. The Restaurant Manager will use adequate professional management skills to create and maintain a good and healthy atmosphere within the Restaurant.
We require individuals with passion for the Mediterranean cuisine and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants must be clear communicators, fluent in English and ideally in more languages too.
A good salary package and excellent working conditions with a reliable well-established company, will be offered to the preferred applicant.
All applicants need to be currently living in Malta, hold a clean police conduct and non-EU nationals should hold a valid work permit to work in Malta.
