&lt;p&gt;We are currently seeking to recruit a &lt;strong&gt;Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor&lt;/strong&gt; to join our passionate and talented front-of-house team in Skyparks, Luqa.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Supervisor will support the Assistant Manager and/or Restaurant Manager in organising operations and maximising the Restaurant’s efficiency and financial performance, ensuring targets related to cost control, standards and quality are achieved. The employee is expected to deliver an efficient and enjoyable dining experience in line with Company Policies and Procedures and with a genuine spirit of hospitality. Additionally, the Supervisor is responsible for assisting and training new employees.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;We are looking for:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven experience in a restaurant&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong teamwork and communication skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fluent in English&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Residing in Malta, with a valid work permit (for non-EU nationals)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Clean police conduct certificate&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
