Role Overview
\n\n
The Revenue Supervisor will assist in the implementation and optimisation of revenue management and distribution strategies to maximise revenue generation. This role involves supporting market analysis, forecasting demand, and ensuring effective pricing strategies to enhance profitability. Working closely with senior revenue managers and other key stakeholders, the Revenue Supervisor will play a crucial role in driving revenue performance while maintaining alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Support pricing strategies: Assist in maintaining a consistent and rational pricing and yield strategy across all channels, including OTAs and market segments, in line with company standards.
\n\t
Utilise revenue management systems: Work with tools such as Opera, Synxis, and IDeaS to support revenue strategy implementation and monitoring.
\n\t
Analyse competitive landscape: Monitor competitor pricing, availability, and promotional offerings to support informed pricing decisions.
\n\t
Assist in revenue forecasting: Contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly revenue forecasts, ensuring data accuracy and strategic alignment.
\n\t
Monitor distribution channels: Ensure rate parity, data accuracy, and optimal positioning across all platforms, including Global Distribution Systems and OTAs.
\n\t
Evaluate market performance: Support the preparation of market share reports and key performance indicators to help drive revenue optimisation.
\n\t
Coordinate with Groups and Events: Work closely with the Groups and Events team to maximise revenue opportunities through optimised space release policies and catering strategies.
\n\t
Support training initiatives: Assist in training and development programmes for the Reservations Services Team to enhance their revenue management knowledge.
\n\t
Communicate revenue strategies: Help share revenue strategies with internal teams to ensure alignment with the company's objectives.
\n\t
Assist in performance evaluations: Provide input for team appraisals to support growth and motivation within the department.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
\n\n
\n\t
Education: A degree or diploma in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or Hospitality Management is an advantage.
\n\t
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in revenue management, reservations, or front office within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
\n\t
Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required. Fluency in additional languages is an asset.
\n\t
Communication Skills: Strong ability to liaise with stakeholders and team members to support revenue strategies.
\n\t
Interpersonal Skills: A collaborative team player with the ability to build positive relationships across departments.
\n\t
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Opera, Synxis, and IDeaS, with strong Excel skills.
\n\t
Organisation: Highly organised with an ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
\n\t
