About the Role
EasySale is looking for motivated and ambitious Sales Agents to join our real estate sales team in Malta.
No previous real estate or sales experience is required. We are looking for people with strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the motivation to build a long-term career in real estate.
You will receive training and ongoing support to help you understand the property market, develop your sales skills, manage clients, and complete successful property sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with potential buyers and property owners
- Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable options
- Arrange and attend property viewings
- Present properties clearly and professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and property owners
- Follow up with clients throughout the sales process
- Support negotiations between buyers and property owners
- Keep client and property information updated in the company system
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
- Follow company procedures and professional standards
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings
- Continuously improve your property knowledge and sales skills
