&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Role Overview:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt; We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented &lt;strong&gt;Sales Assistant&lt;/strong&gt; to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for flowers and plants, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Greet and assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related products&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide care advice and product recommendations&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with stock management and display arrangements&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Passion for flowers, plants, and customer service&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong communication and interpersonal skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work in a fast-paced environment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Basic knowledge of plant care (training will be provided)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous retail experience is an asset but not required&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
