- Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions regarding mattress products.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the product range to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback for management review.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management to develop promotional strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.

- Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in retail or a related industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
