Role Overview

The Sales Executive will focus on driving vehicle sales in the used car segment while ensuring a superior customer experience. The role demands proactive engagement with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Achievement: Drive the sales of used vehicles, meeting and exceeding established targets.
\n\t
Customer Needs Assessment: Identify and anticipate client needs through effective probing and categorisation.
\n\t
Quote Preparation: Develop quotes that align with the client's budget, lifestyle, and both expressed and hidden requirements.
\n\t
Lead Management: Follow up on leads and quotes, maintaining an active pipeline in the database.
\n\t
Documentation: Handle all sales documentation, including deposits, contracts, and vehicle orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
\n\t
Vehicle Coordination: Liaise with Pre-Delivery Inspection Section and workshops to ensure vehicles are prepared and accessories fitted as needed.
\n\t
Customer Handover: Conduct vehicle delivery professionally, demonstrating key features to clients.
\n\t
Sales Meetings and Recommendations: Actively contribute to sales meetings and provide insights to improve customer experience processes.
\n\t
Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, consumer demand, and competitor activity to support procurement and strategic planning.

Team Collaboration: Work with various departments to meet customer expectations and ensure a seamless sales process.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

Experience: Minimum of one year experience in a B2C sales environment.
\n\t
Language Skills: Proficient in English and Maltese.
\n\t
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
\n\t
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and manage client relationships.
\n\t
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, internal IT systems, and an in-depth understanding of vehicle products.
