&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Salon Coordinator – Full-Time or Reduced Hours&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are looking for a warm, organised, and dedicated &lt;strong&gt;Salon Coordinator&lt;/strong&gt; to join our team. This is a key front-of-house role that combines client service with administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operation of our beauty salon.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is a beauty salon with a predominantly female clientele, so we would prefer to hire a female professional to better align with our clients&#039; preferences.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Role Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide a welcoming, professional reception experience for all clients&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Greet clients warmly and offer refreshments&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage client appointments, schedule bookings, and handle phone/email enquiries&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with general administrative tasks and support the salon team&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Oversee salon supplies and place orders as needed&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure the smooth running of daily operations&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carry out weekly reconciliations and maintain accurate records&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What We’re Looking For:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A mature and reliable individual with excellent attention to detail&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong organisational and communication skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous administrative experience is essential&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A professional and polished approach to client service&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;This is a long-term position, not suitable for temporary or summer-only applicants&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Hours:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt; Full-time or reduced full-time hours can be considered for the right candidate.&lt;/p&gt;
