Your Role: Kuehne+Nagel is looking for a Sea Logistics Customer Care Expert for its offices in Qormi, Malta. Reporting to the Sea Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing communication with assigned customers as well as the full development of their accounts
Description: Comprehensive management of maritime freight operations (ensuring shipment quality and handling them in a timely and appropriate manner, considering the regulations of each country).\r\n

Establish communication channels with assigned customers regarding service and daily operations to foster long-term relationships.
\r\n
Maintain and develop accounts in coordination with the Sales department.
\r\n
Participate in department-specific projects related to optimizing customer service activities within the sea logistics division.
\r\n
Uphold and promote the Company's Compliance and Data Confidentiality programs in all matters related to the position of Sea Logistics Customer Care Expert.

Qualifications

\r\n
Academic background related to Logistics or International Trade.
\r\n
Experience in operational or commercial management of maritime freight transport will be highly valued.
