This pivotal role supports the Company Secretary and the Chairperson of the Board, ensuring the smooth coordination and governance of board and shareholder activities, while upholding regulatory and corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities

Meeting Coordination: Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting packs, and minutes for Board, committee, and shareholder meetings.

Governance Support: Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all governance processes and filings are completed in a timely and compliant manner.
\n\t
Regulatory Reporting: Draft statutory reports, regulatory filings, and company announcements in line with corporate obligations.
\n\t
Calendar Management: Oversee and update the annual calendar for Board and committee meetings, tracking actions and follow-ups.
\n\t
Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary administrative point of contact between the Board, its committees, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

Education: A qualification in a relevant field would be considered an asset.
\n\t
Experience: Previous experience in a corporate governance or board-facing role is preferred; knowledge of Market Abuse Regulations is highly regarded.

Language Skills: Excellent command of both English and Maltese is required to succeed in this role.
\n\t
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey complex information clearly and accurately.
