The Senior Acquisition Manager will spearhead initiatives to expand the customer base through strategic acquisition efforts. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive strategies, analysing market trends, and managing end-to-end acquisition campaigns. The successful candidate will work across multiple teams and markets, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement and growth.
\nDevelop and Execute Acquisition Strategies: Formulate and implement strategies to achieve company growth targets, aligning with overall business objectives.
Market Analysis and Trend Identification: Analyse market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities and refine acquisition strategies.
\nCampaign Management: Oversee acquisition campaigns from planning through execution and performance analysis, ensuring they meet defined goals.
\nData-Driven Insights: Use analytics to generate detailed performance reports, offering actionable recommendations for campaign enhancement.
\nStakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and external vendors to support and enhance acquisition efforts.
\nTeam Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and creative teams to ensure cohesive acquisition initiatives and effective promotional materials.
\nBudget Management: Collaborate with the finance team to manage acquisition budgets, aiming for a positive return on investment.
\nMentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior acquisition team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
\nExperience: Minimum of 5 years in acquisition marketing, particularly in managing and executing multi-channel campaigns. Experience in affiliate marketing and European market dynamics is preferred.
Language Skills: Excellent command of English is essential. Knowledge of additional languages would be advantageous.
\nCommunication Skills: Strong ability to convey ideas and insights effectively to various stakeholders.
\nInterpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
\nTechnical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM platforms, BI tools like Tableau or Power BI, and SQL. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and tools such as Income Access, GA4, and Ahrefs is a plus.
\nOrganisation: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns effectively.
\nSelf-Motivated: A proactive approach with a strong drive for achieving results and improving performance.
\nProblem-Solving: Skilled in identifying issues and opportunities and in developing practical solutions to enhance acquisition strategies.
