    	        	&lt;p&gt;AIMS International is assisting one of our clients, a CSP with recruiting a Senior Advisor - Transaction Advisory Services.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
The Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team provides a broad range of advisory services to clients and the Senior Advisor must be capable of handling assignments which would interface with client management, financiers, auditors and other professionals; know when to seek advice from colleagues, managers and partners and demonstrate analytical skills and judgment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Demonstrating knowledge of various industries and assessing which key performance indicators apply to each industry, then using them to understand and analyze the client’s needs.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Undertaking assignments in various areas of corporate finance, including company valuations, IFRS reporting, debt advisory, and financial due diligence.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Modeling a comprehensive set of projections that include an income statement, statement of financial position, and cash flow statement.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Providing on-the-job training, coaching, and ongoing feedback to interns.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Demonstrating expertise in the application of IFRS, particularly new standards, and serving as a reference point for technical advice among peers and subordinates.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Identifying and resolving technical issues arising in assignments, and discussing them with the manager when necessary.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Managing risk-related issues by applying technical knowledge to address them effectively.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Completing assignments from start to finish, including issuing letters of engagement, performing know-your-client procedures, compiling financial models, drafting reports, and issuing bills.
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;ACCA qualified or a degree in Accountancy.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role or as part of an audit team.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Previous experience in Transaction Advisory.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience in client-facing work.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Extensive experience drafting reports and preparing financial models.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, with expertise in shortcuts and formulas.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong organizational and analytical skills.
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
