Reporting: Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies. Maintain detailed records of compliance breaches or concerns.

Incident Management: Investigate compliance issues, breaches, or complaints. Recommend corrective actions and oversee implementation.

Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact with regulators and external auditors. Collaborate with internal departments to align compliance efforts with business objectives.

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or legal qualification preferred)

Relevant certifications (e.g., ICA, CAMS, CRCM, CCEP, or similar) are highly desirable

Experience:
\r\n
\r\n
3+ years in a compliance, risk management, legal, or audit role
\r\n
Proven experience developing and implementing compliance frameworks
\r\n
Industry-specific compliance knowledge is a plus.
