About This Job
Our client, a well-known CSP in Malta, is currently looking to recruit a Senior Corporate Services Executive for their growing team.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple client portfolios, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Respond effectively to inquiries and requests from clients, managers, and internal teams.
- Liaise with the Malta Business Registry, banks, International Tax Unit, and VAT Department.
- Oversee incorporations, amalgamations, re-domiciliations, liquidations, dissolutions, and the annual maintenance of corporate minute files.
- Provide professional services to clients and intermediaries.
- Ensure timely billing, fee collection, and effective management of debtors.
- Develop, enhance, and retain client relationships, intermediaries, and other introducers of work.
- Foster a cohesive team culture and mentor members to reach their full potential.
- Ensure team compliance with policies and procedures.
- Review and assess the quality of prepared work.
- Evaluate and refine internal and inter-departmental procedures to improve efficiency.
- Assist the Assistant Manager in enhancing procedures.
- Coordinate and manage new business inquiries.
- Oversee the administration and review of complex client structures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a corporate services role.
- A university degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong interdepartmental collaboration, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Demonstrates leadership by guiding and supporting team members to achieve shared objectives.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Resilient and adaptable in challenging situations, maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Commitment to continuous learning and development, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
