\n \nReporting to the Senior Manager of the Corporate Services Department, the Senior Executive will be trusted with a portfolio of clients to manage and build a lasting relationship with. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to job shadow senior team members with ample opportunity to grow and specialize in this industry.

Responsibilities:
\n\n
\n\t
Managing a portfolio of clients and handling client requests in relation to their companies;\n\t
Ensuring that the portfolio of clients is kept up to date with ongoing monitoring and due diligence requirements;\n\t
Setting up of new companies, preparation, and submission of statutory filings;\n\t
Opening / Closing of bank accounts and liaising with banks on a regular basis;\n\t
Maintaining company registers;\n\t
Liaising and corresponding with lawyers, accountants, auditors, and other service providers on behalf of the corporate clients;\n\t
Liaising with the Malta Business Registry and any other regulatory authorities;\n\t
Collection and verification of due diligence conducted as part of our know-your-client procedures;\n\t
Honoring service level agreements by executing the required services in the shortest time frame possible whilst delivering a service that is of the highest quality, meeting clients’ expectations;\n\t
Maintaining an open dialogue of communication with clients on a regular basis and keeping clients informed on any new relevant developments within their industry;\n\t
Ensuring that the system / database is always kept up to date with accurate and correct information;\n\t
Preparing for and attend board meetings, as well as occasional meetings with clients and prospects;\n\t
Providing mentorship and sharing knowledge with junior team members.\n

Requirements:
\n\n
\n\t
3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role ideally within the financial, legal and/or corporate service sectors;\n\t
Qualifications in a relevant field - a tertiary level of education would be desired;\n\t
Impeccable fluency in written and spoken English;\n\t
A 5-star service mentality, ensuring client satisfaction in every interaction whilst demonstrating a solid business acumen;\n\t
Strong communication skills, able to engage positively and productively with clients, colleagues, and service providers alike;\n\t
Able to work under pressure, multi-task and meet tight deadlines;\n\t
Highly organized, efficient, and able to manage own workload with minimal supervision;\n\t
Proficient in the use of all Microsoft applications.\n
