&lt;p&gt;We are looking for a &lt;strong&gt;Senior DevOps Team Leader&lt;/strong&gt; to lead a team of DevOps Engineers and drive the automation, scalability, and reliability of our infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, cloud-based solutions, and monitoring systems to support our development teams.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What you&#039;ll be doing:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Team Leadership:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lead a high-performing team of DevOps Engineers.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure flawless operational execution across all locations, maintaining high standard deliverables.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure effective communication on multiple time zones.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Set clear goals to the team members, prioritize them a monitor closely to make sure those goals are achieved.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage the team members to obtain unfiltered feedback, ensure accountability, and push for continuous improvement to maximize performance and productivity.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Implement training programs to elevate technical expertise and maintain high performance standards across the board.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Technology &amp;amp; Operational Efficiency:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Architect, implement, and maintain &lt;strong&gt;highly available, scalable, and secure&lt;/strong&gt; cloud infrastructure (Preferably GCP).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Design and manage &lt;strong&gt;CI/CD pipelines&lt;/strong&gt; to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Implement &lt;strong&gt;Infrastructure as Code (IaC)&lt;/strong&gt; using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement &lt;strong&gt;automated solutions&lt;/strong&gt; for reliability and efficiency.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure &lt;strong&gt;security best practices&lt;/strong&gt; are followed in deployments, infrastructure, and application management.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to optimize performance and deployment strategies.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage and improve container orchestration using &lt;strong&gt;Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Automate &lt;strong&gt;scaling, logging, and alerting&lt;/strong&gt; to enhance system resilience.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support incident response and post-mortem analysis to enhance system stability.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5+ years&lt;/strong&gt; of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a related field.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Team Leadership&lt;/strong&gt;: Proven experience in successfully building and scaling the DevOps team and structuring workflows to enhance efficiency and growth.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong expertise in &lt;strong&gt;cloud platforms&lt;/strong&gt; (AWS, GCP, or Azure).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Hands-on experience with &lt;strong&gt;CI/CD tools&lt;/strong&gt; (GitHub Actions, GCP CLoud build, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong scripting and automation skills in &lt;strong&gt;Python, Bash, or Go&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in &lt;strong&gt;Infrastructure as Code (&lt;/strong&gt;IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience with &lt;strong&gt;containerization and orchestration&lt;/strong&gt; (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of &lt;strong&gt;logging and monitoring&lt;/strong&gt; tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with &lt;strong&gt;networking, security, and compliance best practices&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience with &lt;strong&gt;version control systems&lt;/strong&gt; (Git, Bitbucket).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems and microservices.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Nice to Have:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience with &lt;strong&gt;serverless computing&lt;/strong&gt; (CF Workers, GCP Cloud functions, GCP Cloud Run).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of &lt;strong&gt;database management&lt;/strong&gt; (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Certifications in &lt;strong&gt;GCP would be considered as an asset.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
