&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirement Mapping&lt;/strong&gt;: Translate functional requirements from internal users into standardised documentation, ensuring clarity for users, developers, and testers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Solution Design&lt;/strong&gt;: Architect end-to-end solutions including inputs, outputs, database interactions, functional flows, triggers, and automation processes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Development&lt;/strong&gt;: Create new scripts and maintain existing ones, focusing on both front-end, back-end, and data layers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Team Management&lt;/strong&gt;: Supervise a team of developers, providing guidance on development responsibilities and best practices.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Software Development Best Practices&lt;/strong&gt;: Promote and implement modularisation, performance optimisation, and reusability within the development team.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Education&lt;/strong&gt;: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Experience&lt;/strong&gt;: Minimum of 8 years in software development, with at least 3 years managing other developers. Experience in the banking sector is advantageous.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Language Skills&lt;/strong&gt;: Excellent command of English is required. Knowledge of Maltese is an asset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
