&lt;li&gt;Provide expert legal advice on commercial contracts, partnerships, IP rights, dispute resolution, and corporate governance&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support M&amp;amp;A, investor relations, and regulatory reporting as needed&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure clear and enforceable agreements with suppliers, affiliates, and B2B partners&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Draft, review, and maintain customer-facing terms &amp;amp; conditions and internal policies&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Anticipate legal risks, monitor developments, and guide senior leadership accordingly&lt;/li&gt;

Compliance&lt;br&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Oversee regulatory compliance in licensed and grey markets, including gaming regulations, AML/CFT, licensing, data protection, and responsible gambling&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate internal risk assessments and ensure controls are in place to manage regulatory, fraud, and privacy risks&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and training across departments&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Liaise with relevant authorities and ensure accurate, timely reporting&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor and guide the business on regulatory changes, working closely with Legal, Product, Fraud, Payments, and other key teams&lt;/li&gt;

This is a senior, hands-on role that requires sound legal judgment, a proactive approach to risk management, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally at all levels.

&lt;li&gt;Law degree required, with at least&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;2 years of experience&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;in a senior legal/compliance role — preferably in gaming, fintech, or highly regulated environments&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Deep understanding of commercial law, regulatory frameworks, and corporate governance&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Solid grasp of GDPR, AML/CFT, licensing, and safer gambling regulations&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strategic thinker who can simplify complex legal topics for stakeholders&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills under tight deadlines&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong communicator, both written and verbal, confident in stakeholder management&lt;/li&gt;
