Lead the Legal function to provide advice on legal matters. Responsible for day-to-day oversight and management of the legal function, including all contentious and non-contentious affairs, providing pragmatic legal and commercial advice, and supporting the overall strategy and objectives of the Group.

Offer legal guidance on matters related to corporate, commercial, intellectual property, data privacy, employment, and dispute resolution/litigation.
\n
Prepare, analyse, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts.
\n
Develop and update contract templates and internal policies throughout the contract lifecycle, and spearhead efforts to enhance contract management processes.
\n
Provide timely legal advice on emerging issues to facilitate swift and compliant decision-making.
\n
Revise, implement, oversee, and enforce customer terms and conditions to ensure compliance, and provide advice concerning customer complaints, disputes, and litigation matters.
\n
Oversee adherence to contractual commitments while fostering strong relationships with contracting parties.
\n
Coordinate with external legal experts on complex or jurisdiction-specific legal challenges.
\n
Manage due diligence activities to verify legal and regulatory compliance across different markets.
\n
Assist with corporate governance tasks, including drafting resolutions and internal policy documents.
