Keeping the company’s strategy document updated in line with internal and external developments.\n\t
Conducting Quality Assurance (QA) reviews of company’s policies, procedures, and operations in line with the annual QA plans and procedures.\n\t
Assisting in drafting test plans that outline scope, objectives, and methodologies for QA assessments.\n\t
Documenting QA findings with clear observations, evidence, and actionable recommendations for operational improvements.\n\t
Following up on the implementation of agreed recommendations to ensure timely and effective corrective measures.\n\t
Supporting the continued development and implementation of the company’s Risk Management Framework.\n\t
Participating in local and international conferences, seminars, workshops, and internal committees to stay updated on AML/CFT legislative and institutional developments.\n\t
Providing ad hoc support in evaluations and assessments conducted by the EU, Egmont, MONEYVAL, FATF, and other relevant bodies.\n
\n \nRequirements:\n\n
\n\t
MQF Level 6 qualification in a relevant subject and at least 4 years of relevant experience in AML/CFT, ideally within the financial services sector.\n\t
OR MQF Level 5 qualification in a relevant subject and at least 5 years of relevant experience.\n\t
Preference for candidates with audit or quality assurance experience.\n\t
Demonstrated competence, efficiency, and diligence in previous roles.\n\t
Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.\n\t
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including proficiency in report writing and presentations.\n\t
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of leading tasks or projects independently with minimal supervision.\n
