\n\nRole Overview
\n\nOur Client is seeking a Senior Payroll Executive to join their HR department. This role involves managing the payroll process and supporting the HR team in providing valuable services to the business. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for payroll queries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.

\nKey Responsibilities
Main contact for payroll queries: Act as a main point of contact for employees on payroll queries.
\n\tInternal controls: Collaborate on and follow company policies, practices, and procedures to maintain internal controls.
\n\tDatabase management: Ensure that the relevant HR/Payroll databases are always kept up to date and accurate.
\n\tHR collaboration: Liaise with the rest of the HR team in various HR and payroll-related activities and projects.
\n\tPayroll calculations: Prepare monthly payroll calculations.
\n\tDiscrepancy resolution: Review timesheets, rosters, wage computations, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
\n\tCost analysis support: Assist in the finance department with cost analysis relating to payroll costs.
\n\tAd-hoc duties: Perform ad-hoc duties as directed by the Finance Manager.
\n\tExperience: At least 1 year experience working in a similar position.
\n\tTask prioritisation: Able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
\n\tTeam integration: Ability to integrate and work well in a team environment.
\n\tProfessionalism: Demonstrate a level of professionalism and ability to work independently.
\n\tDynamic environment: Demonstrate ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, challenging environment.
\n\tShireburn Indigo: Experience with Shireburn Indigo would be advantageous.
\n\tExcel skills: Good command of Microsoft Excel.
\n\tConfidentiality: Highly skilled in managing confidential issues with discretion.
\n\tAttention to detail: Possess an eye for detail and ability to work under pressure.
\n\tCommunication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
