The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful management and delivery of the Group’s high priority and strategic projects, which are either part or independent of a program.\n
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Own the entire project lifecycle from initiation to deployment and post-deployment support, ensuring seamless execution and business alignment, for one or several initiatives simultaneously.
\n
Oversee multiple related project streams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and successful execution.
\n
Define and track project success criteria, including key performance metrics, testing, and deployment outcomes.
\n
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, dependencies, and risk management strategies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
\n
Translate business objectives into project goals, ensuring alignment with priorities and delivering measurable commercial impact.
\n
Manage issues and project risks, ensuring that scoping, project requirements and decisions taken do not undermine overall project success.
\n
Own the change management process when projects are delivered to the organisation. Ensure that changes to standard operating procedures are made, when necessary, to incorporate project deliverables.
\n
Work with product delivery managers and stakeholders to ensure that development is on track and according to established requirements.
\n
Work closely with business leaders to understand their needs, ensuring projects drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness.
\n
Manage relationships with internal and external partners, fostering collaboration to maximize commercial value and ensure seamless service delivery.
\n
Utilize analytics to assess project impact, optimize performance, and provide business leaders with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
\n
Communicate project objectives, value propositions, and progress effectively to senior stakeholders, securing buy-in and driving engagement across teams.
\n
To provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
\n
Provide leadership and motivation to project teams, ensuring accountability, adherence to milestones, and alignment with project objectives.
\n
Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment, ensuring initiatives remain commercially focused and adaptable to evolving needs.
\n
Contribute to the development of project management best practices, including governance frameworks, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships.

Requirements:
\n
\n
3-5 years in Project Management, with a strong focus on commercial and business-driven initiatives.
\n
Experience in sectors such Finance and e-commerce is desired.
\n
Experience in I-gaming will be given preference.
\n
Excellent ability to articulate business cases and deliver user story-based requirements
\n
Excellent presentation skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
\n
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting business priorities.
\n
Strong experience working with both traditional and Agile project management approaches.
\n
Strong skills in Jira, Confluence and Microsoft365.
\n
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications are considered a plus.
