Tendering Process: Prepare tender documentation, manage contractor pre-qualification, evaluate submissions, and provide recommendations.

Project Execution: Implement control systems, monitor progress against timelines, manage project meetings, and ensure consistent reporting.

Financial Management: Authorise milestone-based payments, monitor project budgets, and assess financial adjustments as necessary.

Communication and Coordination: Develop effective communication systems, coordinate stakeholder collaboration, and ensure seamless project execution.

Quality Assurance and Compliance: Establish comprehensive QA procedures, implement health and safety protocols, and integrate environmental considerations.
