\n\t\n\tInterest and experience in direct taxation, including domestic law and case law.
\n\t\n\tFamiliarity with EU directives relevant to direct tax (e.g. ATAD, Parent-Subsidiary Directive).
\n\t\n\tExperience with cross-border transactions, group structuring, or transfer pricing.
\n\t\n\tA track record of contributing to internal training or technical content.
\n\t\n\tComfortable collaborating with non-tax professionals to deliver integrated advice.
