
About This Job
Main Responsibilities
- Perform daily service, maintenance and repair of medical equipment, including mobility scooters, reclining armchairs, motorised beds, blood pressure monitors and related devices.
- Coordinate after-sales service operations to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure optimal performance of equipment in various locations, working on both preventive and reactive maintenance.
- Order spare parts for preventive maintenance and service operations in a timely and organised manner.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices for all maintenance activities.
- Maintain equipment certifications and ensure proper upkeep of all equipment in the aftersales department.
- Monitor and optimise maintenance processes to improve service delivery.
Ideal Candidate
- Technical and/or engineering qualification at a minimum MQF Level 4.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate high accountability.
- Organisational and multitasking skills to manage varied workloads effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
- Previous experience with medical or laboratory equipment servicing is considered an asset.
