Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales operations, manage our store's sales.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Purchasing Departments to implement effective strategies and promotions.
- Work in tandem with the Store Operations Manager to ensure seamless store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, driving performance and achieving targets.
- Cultivate a culture of exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with our valued customers.
- Report directly to the Head of Retail, providing regular updates on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales management, preferably in the DIY or home improvement sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passionate about customer service and building long-term relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior management.
