&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Zartera Lifestyle Gallery&lt;/strong&gt; is a design-led space in the heart of Malta, offering a curated selection of handcrafted pieces, interiors, and lifestyle objects. We work closely on creative projects, sourcing, and styling, with a strong focus on detail, aesthetics, and client experience.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are looking for an experienced &lt;strong&gt;Shop Manager&lt;/strong&gt; to lead the daily operations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This role is both &lt;strong&gt;retail and creative&lt;/strong&gt;, requiring someone highly organised, design-focused, and hands-on.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Oversee daily store operations&lt;br&gt;• Deliver excellent client service and manage client relationships&lt;br&gt;• Maintain the visual presentation of the shop&lt;br&gt;• Assist in sourcing products and supporting ongoing projects&lt;br&gt;• Support styling, display, and seasonal shop decoration&lt;br&gt;• Liaise with clients and suppliers&lt;br&gt;• Assist in social media content and brand communication&lt;br&gt;• Ensure smooth opening/closing and store responsibility&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;We are looking for someone who:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Has experience in &lt;strong&gt;luxury retail, interiors, design, or lifestyle boutiques&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;• Is highly organised with strong attention to detail&lt;br&gt;• Has a genuine passion for design and aesthetics&lt;br&gt;• Is confident working with clients and building relationships&lt;br&gt;• Is proactive, hands-on, and able to take ownership&lt;br&gt;• Has experience supporting creative projects and sourcing&lt;br&gt;• Can contribute to social media and brand storytelling&lt;/p&gt;
