Based in the company’s flagship showroom, this role focuses on assisting walk‑in customers and visiting professionals with product selection, quoting, and after‑sales support. The successful candidate will help maintain a high‑quality retail environment, build lasting client relationships and contribute to the company’s continued growth. \n \nKey Responsibilities\n\n

Customer Service: Welcome and assist walk‑in customers, understand their requirements and guide them to suitable lighting and electrical solutions.

Product Demonstration and Advice: Explain product features, offer design ideas and ensure customers are informed about specifications and safety considerations.
\n\t
Quotation and Sales Processing: Prepare quotations, process orders and handle point‑of‑sale transactions; follow up on pending quotations to secure sales.
\n\t
Showroom Presentation: Maintain attractive and orderly product displays; ensure the showroom is clean, safe and aligned with brand standards.
\n\t
Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with contractors, professionals and repeat customers; handle telephone and email enquiries promptly.
\n\t
Stock Coordination: Liaise with stores to check product availability and arrange replenishment; alert management to low‑stock situations.
\n\t
Record Keeping: Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system; monitor personal targets and contribute to team performance.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with back‑office, logistics and technical support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

\nQualifications, Skills and Attributes
\n\n
\n\t
Education: Secondary or post‑secondary education in a relevant field; electrical licence A or equivalent is an advantage. Candidates with substantial & proven industry experience will be considered as well.

Experience: Retail or trade counter sales experience, ideally in electrical or technical products; familiarity with preparing quotations and following up with clients.
\n\t
Product Knowledge: Interest in electrical and lighting products with a willingness to learn technical details.
\n\t
Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; friendly, confident and professional demeanour.
\n\t
Organisation: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records and pay attention to detail.

Computer Skills: Comfortable using basic office software and CRM tools.

Language: Strong command of English; Maltese language skills are highly beneficial.
