&lt;p&gt;A. Falzon Energy Projects Ltd. is seeking a &lt;strong&gt;Site Supervisor / Site Coordinator&lt;/strong&gt; to manage day-to-day operations on project sites. The successful candidate will lead on-site teams, coordinate works, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and act as the point of communication between management, suppliers, and clients.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;🔹 Oversee and coordinate works on-site&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;🔹 Supervise teams of workers and ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;🔹 Ensure adherence to health &amp;amp; safety regulations and internal procedures&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;🔹 Act as the on-site point of contact between management, suppliers, contractors, and clients&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;🔹 Solve technical issues and ensure works meet quality and compliance standards&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;🔹 Report progress and any issues to management regularly&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;🔹 Assist hands-on when needed to maintain productivity and team morale&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;✔ &lt;strong&gt;MUST be Maltese speaking and residing in Malta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;✔ Valid &lt;strong&gt;driving license&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;✔ &lt;strong&gt;Proven experience in a similar role&lt;/strong&gt; within mechanical and/or electrical sectors&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;✔ &lt;strong&gt;Preferably&lt;/strong&gt; in possession of &lt;strong&gt;Electrical License A or B&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;✔ Strong &lt;strong&gt;hands-on&lt;/strong&gt; approach and presence on-site&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;✔ Demonstrated &lt;strong&gt;leadership and problem-solving skills&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;✔ Ability to manage multiple teams and prioritize tasks under pressure&lt;/li&gt;
