Site Operations & Maintenance Coordinator
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on individual to oversee the day-to-day operation of our construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring sites remain clean, safe and organised, while carrying out basic maintenance works and supporting site logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure construction sites are clean, organised and presentable.
- Carry out routine site safety inspections and report any hazards.
- Perform basic maintenance and repair works as required.
- Coordinate the movement of materials, equipment and tools between sites.
- Assist with stock control and site logistics.
- Drive company vehicles to transport materials and equipment.
- Operate a tower crane where required, in accordance with all safety regulations.
- Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained in good working order.
- Support site managers with general operational requirements.
- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance and operational issues.
Requirements
- Valid driving licence.
- Valid tower crane operator’s licence/certification.
- Experience working on construction sites.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Able to perform general maintenance works (painting, minor plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry or similar).
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors.
- Organised, reliable and proactive.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
