&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Multiskilled Handyman – Full-Time&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Nine Projects Ltd.&lt;/strong&gt; is looking to recruit a &lt;strong&gt;Multiskilled Handyman&lt;/strong&gt; to join our team on a full-time basis. We need someone &lt;strong&gt;hands-on, reliable, and versatile&lt;/strong&gt;, capable of handling a wide range of &lt;strong&gt;construction, maintenance, and finishing works&lt;/strong&gt; across various turnkey projects.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Applicants &lt;strong&gt;must be currently residing in Malta&lt;/strong&gt;, hold a &lt;strong&gt;valid residency permit&lt;/strong&gt; and have &lt;strong&gt;prior experience in a similar role&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carry out &lt;strong&gt;general construction, finishing, and maintenance tasks&lt;/strong&gt;, including &lt;strong&gt;plastering, painting, tiling, minor masonry works, plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist in &lt;strong&gt;demolition, site preparation, installations, and repair works&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Diagnose and fix &lt;strong&gt;common faults&lt;/strong&gt; in both new and existing structures.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work on &lt;strong&gt;suspended ceilings, partitions, fittings, and other turnkey elements&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handle &lt;strong&gt;site-related odd jobs&lt;/strong&gt; as needed, ensuring smooth project progress.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with &lt;strong&gt;material handling, site logistics, and equipment maintenance&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Respond to &lt;strong&gt;urgent repairs and maintenance issues&lt;/strong&gt; on-site.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Minimum &lt;strong&gt;1 year of experience&lt;/strong&gt; in construction, property maintenance, or a similar role.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Skilled in multiple trades, with a &lt;strong&gt;hands-on approach&lt;/strong&gt; to problem-solving.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Able to use power tools effectively &amp;amp; safely&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to &lt;strong&gt;work independently&lt;/strong&gt; and efficiently.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fluent in English&lt;/strong&gt; with good communication skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Comfortable using &lt;strong&gt;mobile apps&lt;/strong&gt; to report tasks and updates.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Willing to work flexible hours&lt;/strong&gt; when required, including occasional weekends.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Valid residency permit&lt;/strong&gt; allowing employment in Malta.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Reliable transportation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
