&lt;p&gt;We are currently looking for a Slot Attendant/Receptionist to join our team, &lt;strong&gt;working in shifts, including nights&lt;/strong&gt;, to help us keep the excitement going on the casino floor.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Deliver professional, friendly service to guests on the slot floor;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Monitor slot machines and ensure all areas are operating smoothly and safely;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Assist guests with machine use, payouts, and basic troubleshooting;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Answer questions and resolve issues with efficiency and care;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Register customers at entry and manage necessary documentation;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Promote loyalty programs and special promotions;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Support casino events and gaming activities as needed.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Experience in a customer-facing role (slot or gaming experience a plus);&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Comfortable using Microsoft Office&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Proficiency in English communication is mandatory (other languages are a plus!)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· A proactive attitude and a passion for guest service.&lt;/p&gt;
