&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Friendly, polite and professional service of the customers;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Informing the customers of promotional opportunities, special offers and additional services provided by Casino Malta;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Providing information via the telephone and e-mail;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Registering customers when entering the Casino;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Listening to and solving customer complaints and opinions within professional limits;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;According to the regulations, filing a non-compliance report or realising customer feedback;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor slot machines and gaming areas to ensure they are functioning correctly;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist customers with slot machines issues and provide excellent customer service;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Providing basic technical support for customers with gaming issues;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with promotions and events as required.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous experience in a customer service role;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good English skill is mandatory; the ability to speak in any other language will be considered an asset;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.&lt;/li&gt;
