Seeking to recruit a talented and experienced Sous Chef to work in a renowned French oriented franchise. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in French cuisine and a deep passion for delivering authentic and high-quality French dishes. As Sous Chef, you need to follow Franchise SOPs and recipes, and oversee kitchen operations, ensure the preparation and presentation of dishes meet our high standards, and manage a team of kitchen staff. Must have good communicational skills, experience with international Franchises will be considered an asset.
