&lt;h2&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About This Job&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As a &lt;strong&gt;Stewarding Supervisor&lt;/strong&gt;, you will oversee the stewarding operations of the kitchen and back-of-house areas, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization. You will lead the stewarding team to support the culinary and food &amp;amp; beverage departments while upholding hotel service standards and contributing to an exceptional guest experience.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Supervise and coordinate daily stewarding activities to ensure cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen and back-of-house areas.&lt;br&gt; · Ensure that all cleaning schedules are followed, and that areas are maintained to hygiene and safety standards.&lt;br&gt; · Lead, train, and motivate the stewarding team, maintaining high performance and team morale.&lt;br&gt; · Manage the washing and storage of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishware.&lt;br&gt; · Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and kitchen equipment; place orders as required.&lt;br&gt; · Ensure proper handling, usage, and maintenance of cleaning machinery and chemicals.&lt;br&gt; · Work closely with the culinary and F&amp;amp;B teams to ensure seamless operations and support during service periods.&lt;br&gt; · Assist with banquet and event setups from a stewarding perspective.&lt;br&gt; · Conduct regular inspections of stewarding areas and take corrective action as necessary.&lt;br&gt; · Support safety and hygiene audits and ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hotel policies.&lt;br&gt; · Maintain accurate records of breakages, cleaning schedules, and team rosters.&lt;br&gt; · Ensure the stewarding team adheres to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.&lt;br&gt; · Assist in scheduling and organizing shift coverage for stewarding operations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Note: The duties and responsibilities described are not exhaustive and additional tasks may be assigned as required by hotel operations.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel.&lt;br&gt; · Strong understanding of hygiene, food safety (HACCP), and sanitation standards.&lt;br&gt; · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to lead and motivate a multicultural team.&lt;br&gt; · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.&lt;br&gt; · Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.&lt;br&gt; · Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.&lt;br&gt; · Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain operational records.&lt;/p&gt;
