&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A Taster of what you will be involved with&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Learning &amp;amp; Development&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate delivery of training programmes, workshops, and development initiatives.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Track participation, feedback, and training effectiveness metrics.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain training records for compliance and audit readiness.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support HR contacts in identifying training needs and aligning them with business goals.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate tools such as DISC and our LMS, working with HR contacts.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordination of the Global Training Budget.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Process owner of Performance Management and Succession Planning.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HR Compliance&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare material for internal and external audits.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain up-to-date training, policy, and compliance documentation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensuring required documentation is up to date.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare and manage the HR compliance calendar (audits, policy reviews, mandatory training deadlines).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage the mandatory compliance training process.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What we are looking for&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2+ years’ experience in HR, training coordination, or compliance-related roles.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong organisational and record-keeping skills – you will be managing multiple projects and deadlines.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Confident in working with systems such as HRIS/LMS systems and reporting tools.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;High attention to detail and accuracy.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Comfortable working with data and producing clear reports.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication and coordination skills — able to handle multiple stakeholders.&lt;/li&gt;
