    	        	Our client, a reputable Advisory&amp;nbsp;company&amp;nbsp;in Malta, is looking to expand their team with the addition of a &lt;strong&gt;Tax and Corporate Junior&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Proactively assist with the day-to-day tax and corporate needs of a portfolio of international clients, reporting to Senior Managers and the Director.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Support clients in setting up and maintaining local business operations and implementing cross-border projects.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Advise clients on local tax laws, reporting requirements, statutory filings, transfer pricing, indirect tax, and other international tax matters.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Manage statutory obligations, including maintaining company registers, preparing and submitting filings, and keeping board minutes.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Attend and contribute to client board meetings, ensuring all corporate documentation is handled effectively.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Utilize the companies&amp;nbsp;technological tools to support the delivery of client services and streamline processes.
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Final stages of ACCA qualification or equivalent, or a Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of international tax and corporate services.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Fluent in written and spoken English.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Preference will be given to candidates interested in pursuing the MIT Diploma in Tax.
