Role Overview

Joining as a Technical Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with our client's Customer Support Team to ensure prompt issue resolution and enhance the overall customer experience. You'll play a crucial role in refining processes and fostering seamless communication with the client.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support: Provide support to clients as per support agreements.
