&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;The Experienced Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software products targeted at the global real estate market. This position requires deep knowledge of software development processes and an understanding of the unique requirements within the real estate sector. The role is ideal for someone with proven success in managing large-scale software projects and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h4&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;﻿&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Project Planning and Execution:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br&gt;Develop clear project plans covering scope, timelines, and resource allocation.&lt;br&gt;Oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met on time, within scope, and within budget.&lt;br&gt;Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure effective collaboration.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Stakeholder Management:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and external partners.&lt;br&gt;Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to maintain transparency and support timely decision-making.&lt;br&gt;Manage stakeholder expectations and cultivate strong relationships for project success.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Risk Management:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Identify and assess project risks, and take proactive steps to mitigate them.&lt;br&gt;Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges and ensure timely delivery.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Resource Management:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Ensure optimal allocation of resources to meet project objectives.&lt;br&gt;Handle resource constraints, recommending adjustments when necessary.&lt;br&gt;Motivate and lead project teams to deliver their best performance, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h4&gt;Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Experience:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br&gt;A minimum of 5 years of project management experience within software development, with experience in a global or multinational context considered an asset.&lt;br&gt;Proven experience managing large-scale software projects, with real estate industry exposure being an advantage.&lt;br&gt;Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Language Skills:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Communication Skills:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Interpersonal Skills:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Strong leadership and team management abilities, able to inspire and guide diverse teams.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Technical Skills:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and tools such as Jira.&lt;br&gt;Familiarity with real estate industry software and trends is a plus.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Organisation:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage resources and coordinate multiple projects efficiently.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Self-Motivated:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Highly driven and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Problem-Solving:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Proficient in problem-solving with the capacity to make critical decisions under pressure.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
