Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of project management experience within software development, with experience in a global or multinational context considered an asset. Proven experience managing large-scale software projects, with real estate industry exposure being an advantage. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, able to inspire and guide diverse teams.
Technical Skills: Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and tools such as Jira. Familiarity with real estate industry software and trends is a plus.
Organisation: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage resources and coordinate multiple projects efficiently.
Self-Motivated: Highly driven and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
