Tender & Proposal Specialist

The selected candidate will form part of the Calleja team developing a rewarding career.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify the most suitable products and solutions for each tender opportunity.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations.
• Review tender documentation and ensure all submission requirements are fully met. Compile and issue complete, professional tender proposals.
• Coordinate supplier training sessions where required to strengthen the proposed solution.
• Work closely with client / contractors / engineers to ensure all technical requirements are addressed and submissions are delivered to the highest standard.

Required Skills and Abilities

• In possession of electrical licence, A and B.
• Willing to learn.
• Passionate and flair for selling.
• Friendly and outgoing personality able to work as a team and individually.
• Organised and able to prioritise.
• Energetic and capable to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic IT skills and a good level of education.
• Good command of both Maltese and English is a must.
