The Tenders Executive will be responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting bids for relevant tenders that align with our core services and products. This role requires close collaboration with sales, technical, and legal teams to ensure comprehensive, compliant, and competitive tenders. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing proposals for technology-based solutions and be adept at navigating the intricacies of tendering processes in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Identification: Monitor relevant online platforms, publications, and government portals to identify open tender opportunities related to GPS tracking, fleet management, insurance, RFID asset tracking, and task management software.
\r\n
Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, finance, and legal) to compile required information and develop detailed, accurate, and compelling tender submissions.
\r\n
Compliance: Ensure all bids and tenders comply with both client requirements and company policies, and meet necessary legal and financial guidelines.
\r\n
Costing & Pricing: Work closely with the finance team to develop competitive and realistic pricing models while ensuring profitability and alignment with strategic goals.
\r\n
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of all tenders, proposals, and contracts. Provide periodic reports on tender activity, success rates, and market trends.
\r\n
Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients, procurement departments, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure timely and effective tender submissions.
\r\n
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to enhance the quality and competitiveness of our tenders.

Qualifications:
\r\n
\r\n
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
\r\n
Minimum of 3 years experience in tender management, ideally within the technology or IT sector.
\r\n
Strong understanding of the tender process, including RFQs, RFPs, and other procurement documentation.
\r\n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\r\n
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
\r\n
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word; experience with proposal management software is a plus.
\r\n
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
\r\n
\r\n
Preferred Skills:

Experience in the sectors of GPS tracking, fleet management, or RFID technologies is highly advantageous.
\r\n
Knowledge of international tendering processes and regulations.
\r\n
Proven ability to develop cost-effective and winning proposals.
