Transport Coordinator

Coop Services Ltd, an established company working within the transport sector, is currently seeking to recruit a Transport Coordinator. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operations of the transportation department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and coordinating transportation.
• Liaising with drivers, transportation service providers and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitoring and tracking the movement of vehicles to optimize routes and delivery schedules.
• Identifying and addressing transportation related issues promptly.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position.
• An ordinary level standard of education.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of routes and road regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Maltese.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly.
• Problem-solver and a team player.
