&lt;p&gt;Main tasks and responsibilities&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Working in collaboration with the Stores Manager in the preparation of&lt;br&gt;orders to our various clients, and liasing with management in order to&lt;br&gt;ensure that orders are organised to the delivery schedule.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist in receiving consignments and checking them.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist in issuing certificates of analysis and other documentation&lt;br&gt;related to products being supplied to clients, including customs&lt;br&gt;documentation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Filling, dispensing, packing and labeling various products according&lt;br&gt;to daily requirements and to help maintain stock of dispensed&lt;br&gt;materials.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist in their respective areas of storage.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Loading and Unloading of consignments being issued from or&lt;br&gt;received at warehouse.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Distribution of goods to clients or other errands should the delivery&lt;br&gt;personnel not be available or unable to deliver. The Company will provide&lt;br&gt;its vehicles for such activities&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist Retail Sales, including handling of cash, cheques, card payments,&lt;br&gt;issuing change and related documentation&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist in the setting up of control systems, eg barcoding of products in&lt;br&gt;order to facilitate processing of goods internally and for retail sales&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Working in collaboration with company management to stocktake, maintain&lt;br&gt;stock levels and initiate requests for ordering of replenishment stocks&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Participate in any other duties that may arise from time to time and that&lt;br&gt;are related to the day to day activities of the company. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe working&lt;br&gt;environment.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Educational and skill requirements&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prior experience in a stores or inventory assistant role is an advantage.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong organizational and time management skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good communication skills and attention to detail.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
