&lt;p&gt;Medichem Manufacturing (Malta) Ltd and Combino Pharm (Malta) Ltd form part of the Medichem group, a Spanish pharmaceutical organization which develops and manufactures both active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished dosage forms.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Medichem specialises in active pharmaceutical ingredients, while Combino Pharm is focused on solid oral generic pharmaceutical products. The organization provides high quality medicinal substances and products for the worldwide market, with special emphasis on Europe and the US.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are currently looking for a new team member to join Combino in Malta, for the following Warehouse Manager role:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities and Functions:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Management of all warehouse operations covering raw materials, packaging materials, APIs, intermediates, finished products, and consumables.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Managing warehouse personnel; supervisors and operators, including recruitment, training, development and performance management.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Maintaining accurate inventory control through ERP systems and regular cycle counting programmes.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Managing temperature-controlled and special storage areas, including hazardous materials where applicable.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Leading investigations relating to deviations, inventory discrepancies, customer complaints and CAPAs associated with warehouse operations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Managing third-party logistics providers and warehouse-related service providers where applicable.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities through process optimization, resource utilization and inventory management.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Driving warehouse layout and space optimization initiatives to maximize storage capacity, improve material flow and enhance operational performance.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Higher qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Minimum 5 years&#039; experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, chemical or highly regulated manufacturing industries.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Self-motivated and have excellent attention to detail.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Results oriented and will display an attitude that reflects our Company values.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Able to work independently and in a team environment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
