&lt;p&gt;Medichem Manufacturing (Malta) Ltd and Combino Pharm (Malta) Ltd form part of the Medichem group, a Spanish pharmaceutical organization which develops and manufactures both active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished dosage forms.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Medichem specialises in active pharmaceutical ingredients, while Combino Pharm is focused on solid oral generic pharmaceutical products. The organization provides high quality medicinal substances and products for the worldwide market, with special emphasis on Europe and the US.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are currently looking for a new team member to join Combino Pharm in Malta, for the following Warehouse Operator role:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities and Functions:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Assisting in the reception of all stock and non stock items from suppliers.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Inputting data in the company’s ERP system related to stock receipt (as per ASL), issues, returns, dispatch and other inventory management issues.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Ensuring that all items in the warehouse are properly labelled and stored&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Preparing materials for production processes (assign and dispense when required)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Taking care of housekeeping activities within the warehouse.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Monitoring environmental conditions in the warehouse&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Participating in stock taking activities.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Preparing finished goods for shipment and coordinate with other departments (Production/QM/QC) as well as to prepare packing lists and delivery notes.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Submitting Intrastat supplementary declarations when necessary&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Informing relevant personnel when stock levels are running low for both stock and non-stock items so these are purchased.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Follow Health &amp;amp; Safety procedures issued by the company related to the daily duties.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Ordinary level standard of education.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Ideally have experience working in a GMP environment but not strictly a requirement.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Self-motivated and have excellent attention to detail.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Results oriented and will display an attitude that reflects our Company values.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Able to work independently and in a team environment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Extremely organised.&lt;/p&gt;
