To help maintain and grow this standard, we’re seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily activities of the Warehouse Department. Reporting to the Head of Domestic Operations. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient handling and storage of goods, and maintain high standards of inventory accuracy and safety. The Warehouse Team Leader will play a critical role in optimizing warehouse processes, managing staff, and ensuring that our operations run smoothly.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Who are we looking for?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt; The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the daily warehouse operation, which includes, amongst other duties:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Be an energetic, motivated and enthusiastic individual.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Possess excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Have a hands-on approach.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Maltese.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Be able to operate a fork lifter&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Plan and ensure efficient space utilisation of the warehouse.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving and storage.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among warehouse staff.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize costs.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Generate, process, and finalize distribution-related reports&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Handle pressure effectively and make decisive last-minute decisions when required.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Upkeep of the warehouse and stores must be kept clean and in an orderly manner.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Works collaboratively within a team environment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements for the position:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Have previous working experience as a manager.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Clean police conduct.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Ability to read and write in Maltese and English.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Minimum of driving licence B.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Be computer literate and possesses intermediate proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office suite.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Be highly organised and self-motivated.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Excellent Communication Skills&lt;/p&gt;
