The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising daily warehouse functions while maintaining a clean, safe, and productive environment. Key Responsibilities

Team Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel, ensuring productivity, teamwork, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Operational Efficiency: Monitor and implement effective warehouse procedures to improve space utilisation, streamline handling processes, and minimise delays.
\n\t
Compliance & Safety: Enforce health and safety policies across the warehouse and promote a culture of safety among team members.
\n\t
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure goods are received, stored, and dispatched in a timely and organised manner.
\n\t
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and finalise regular operational and distribution-related reports to support business performance tracking.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

\n\t
Education: O' Level standard of education is required. Certifications in warehouse operations or logistics would be an asset.
\n\t
Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse leadership or management role is essential.
\n\t
Language Skills: Excellent command of both Maltese and English is required to succeed in this role.
\n\t
Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated team collaboration and leadership qualities with the ability to motivate others.
\n\t
Technical Skills: Competent in operating forklifts; intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
\n\t
Organisation: Highly organised, capable of managing multiple responsibilities and maintaining an orderly warehouse.

Self-Motivated: Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to take initiative without constant supervision.

Problem-Solving: Able to make sound decisions under pressure, including last-minute logistical changes.
