&lt;p&gt;We&#039;re looking for an organized, detail-driven Traffic &amp;amp; Advertising Administration Executive to manage the scheduling, booking, invoicing, and coordination of advertising campaigns across the Bay Network radio stations. You&#039;ll be the go-to person keeping client, sponsorship, barter, and promotional campaigns running smoothly, accurately booked, scheduled, and delivered exactly as promised.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What You&#039;ll Do&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Scheduling &amp;amp; Campaign Management&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Schedule daily on-air advertising across the Bay Network, keeping campaigns aligned with contracts, booking instructions, and sponsorship agreements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Keep an eye on the schedule to avoid clashes and make sure everything airs as sold.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handle campaign amendments, copy updates, duration amendments, revisions, and coordinate monthly sponsorship rotations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Contracts &amp;amp; Client Records&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Create and maintain advertising contracts and client records in the traffic/sales systems.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Process amendments, extensions, cancellations, and pro-rata calculations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Build strong knowledge of rate cards, network packages, sponsorship opportunities, and digital advertising offerings.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Invoicing &amp;amp; Finance&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Issue advertising invoices twice a month, plus any revisions or credits needed.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Track payment terms and account status, working with Finance to follow approved payment plans and hold advertising where upfront payment hasn&#039;t been met.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reporting &amp;amp; Compliance&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Produce campaign, airtime, and invoicing reports, and flag any scheduling discrepancies.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Keep accurate records across campaigns, sponsorships, and contracts.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What We&#039;re Looking For&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Highly organised, with sharp attention to detail and accuracy.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good with numbers and analysis.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Confident in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong communicator who works well with different stakeholders.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Self-motivated and able to prioritise independently.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong administrative and organisational skills.&lt;/li&gt;
