&lt;p&gt;We’re looking for a motivated Video Intern to join our video and studio team. You’ll begin by assisting on live productions and studio-based videos aligned with on air radio content. As your skills and confidence grow, you’ll take on more responsibility. This placement is hands-on: you’ll work on real campaigns, real shoots and real broadcast setups, using professional equipment and learning from people who do this every day.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What You’ll Do&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with filming social media reels featuring Bay’s on-air talent&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Edit short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide camera assistance on branded video campaigns for commercial clients&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Capture behind-the-scenes content on shoots, events and studio sessions&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Help with studio setups, including cameras, lighting, audio and live production equipment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support podcast recording and production, from setup to post-production&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Look after equipment and help keep media files and footage organised&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What We’re Looking For&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Essential&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Some editing experience, ideally in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and/or After Effects&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Some practical filming experience, whether from your studies, personal projects or previous work&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fluent English, spoken and written&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;An eye for short-form social content and an understanding of what makes a reel work&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Reliability, punctuality and a willingness to learn&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Comfortable working as part of a team on set and in the studio&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Desirable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maltese language skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience with camera systems such as Sony or Blackmagic&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Interest in live production, broadcast or podcasting&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A portfolio or showreel of your work&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
